“Never fly Swiss”

Terrible airline. Uncomfortable and poor service. Was given wrong information re excess baggage and was hit by a big charge which could have been avoided. Were given different seats to what we were told. We flew New York, London, Bangkok and it was just terrible. Got onto Thai on return to Australia and it was a world of difference, more space, good food and service. Swiss shouldn't do long haul flights, their planes are ill equipped.

Maybe not the best airline for long haul due to minimal number of flights, but my experience flying London CITY/Zurich/Venice and return was great. Only short hops but we got a sandwich and a drink PLUS a bar of Swiss chocolate. Staff very considerate.
