I hav booked a srilankan airlines ticket online from blore to male and thats the start of my nightmare. I had an issue with the amount deducted frm my account n made hundreds of calls nd emails and after a fortnight gt a response. later wanted to reschedule the ticket n there is no option to do it online. when I called the customer care, it had a line problem. called exactly 9 times nd halfway disconnects. everytime I need to explain a new guy bout my query n they put on hold fr ten mins. the prices fr the rescheduled dates had reduced online ib their site but they told me prices have increased. really fed up with their service. last time. I still don know wat to do......
