As a world traveler, I had not experienced such rude behavior from a customer
rep before, as I received today. My flight #254 DFW to Boston on Sept. 10th was
canceled. (BOARDING PASS CONF #TF1CWA) I approached the ticket counter and asked for assistance to find another flight . She said she could not help me with no concern or care. The only thing she could do was refund my money, which she did.
There were at least 4 reps just standing there looking ,none would help, They were enjoying my frustration. No offer to help. Never again will I fly Spirit ,an airline where the customer comes last. Extremely POOR customer service
