I had to reserve a flight in under seven days and when I tried to cancel within the 24 hour mark, they refused to give my refund. I ended up driving to my location and tried to get the money back but then they refused me my money and so I lost $400 on a flight that I never took.
Sure, they gave me a flight credit of $179, but that's hardly enough to make another flight, and then they told me I had to book by October or I would lose out on that too. My issue is I do not have the time off of work to take another vacation in less than a month, so I cannot fly again. So I needed the money back to fund my car trip and they refused to give it back. In my idea, they are jerks and I would never deal with their bad business ever again. I will also do my part to encourage all my friends and family to fly with someone else.
