While planning a trip to Disney from Pennsylvania, my family looked into flying, but the prices were astronomical. Because of the prices of airfare, we planned to drive down (and we were not looking forward to having 3 adults, two teenagers and a 5 year old in the car for that length of time). My husband continuously searched for cheap airfare and stumbled across Spirit. No one we knew ever flew Spirit, so I looked up reviews and came across mostly negative reviews. After thinking about it we decided that we could endure anything for a two hour flight, so we booked. I was extremely nervous due to all the poor reviews. We held our breath and prepared for the worst. Both flights down and back were not bad!!! The service was good. The employees at the Atlantic City Airport and Orlando International Airport were friendly and helpful. The flight attendants were pleasant and very accomodating.(There was a passenger that was afraid of flying and they were very attentive to her needs).
Pros - flights were on time, price, friendly service,
Cons - everything cost money(bags, seats, carry-on, snacks, drinks)
We wold definitely fly Spirit again.

This airline is the worst I ever seen, poor customer service, trick people with different fees, staff at DFW have poor hygiene, sloppy dress, talking trash! Especially so called manager named (name removed)! It looks like they running a Taco bell in middle of poorest third world countries. They told me I cannot call their supervisor and asked me call 1-800 # , which nobody can reach anybody , I stay on hold 30 min twice with no success to talk with anyone! They practically stole my money!
