My flight was cancelled, couldn't change it online waited 1 1/2 hours to get someone on the phone. She was rude and not helpful at all. During my wait I went online and made a reservation as a new customer just to make sure I got a flight. When I finally spoke to someone I asked her to cancel that flight because there was a better flight. She said she did. later I got an email saying I was a no show for that flight, that I didn't cancel it, and would lose the money I paid.. Sat on the phone another 1 1/2 hours trying to fix it. Unbelievable. Would NOT recommend this airline to my worst enemy,
