No problems at all !!

Flew home from Malaga to Manchester on 4/9/2016.Took off 25 mins late not Ryanairs fault due to air traffic control. Plane was clean , staff were pleasant and overall a very pleasant flight home . We checked in online 2 days prior to flight and were allocated 4 seats near emergency doors and loads of leg room free of charge !! Check in was quick and because our hold luggage was under weight was offered the option of checking in a cabin bag free of charge which we did even though it was over weight by a kilo . Lot of reviews about Ryanair paint a negative picture but in our opinion as a first time customer they were brilliant.Make sure when you book your flight you enter the correct details eg spellings, number of cases etc as mistakes could be costly.Ryanair are transparent in there costs to the customer and this is dictated by there business model in that they cut out costs and have lower fares.All in all we would have no hesitation in booking with them again.
