Waited 1 hour 10 minutes after final bording time. Finally started bording. Then told that the aircraft had a technical fault so had to disembark and wait for a replacement. 1 hour later we are currently still waiting.
The staff seem incompitent and have no idea what time the replacement will be here.
It would have taken 18 hours to drive to Italy, I think this may have been a quicker option!
