Never queued up so long in all my life to check bags in. staff are so busy looking to see what they can charge people for whilst being so rude!
We checked in on line whilst on holiday for our flight home but couldn't print boarding passes so were told we had to pay, she gave us same seats we were allocated on line so they clearly know you've already done it, Then you queue for half an hour for the privilidge of paying only to get a closed sign just as you get to the window which sheilded the extremely rude woman who eventually came back after half hour and threw my debit card back at me. Sooooo rude. Eventually boarded the now very delayed flight to find people in our seats. Unbelievable!!! The air hostess told us to sit down and stop making a fuss and that a family was in our seats to keep them together. Fine, but what about the seats we have paid dearly for...Twice????. Will NEVER fly with them again!!!!!!
