I had to update my baggage allowance from 15kg to 20kg. They charged me an extra £30.00. Seats are a free for all, many passengers very unhappy to be seated away from partners. About a dozen seats with reserved on but not claimed. 2 small beers £10 small peanuts £2.00 miniature vodka £5.00. Staff sulky and unhelpful could of been doing community service the way they behaved. Why work in the industry if you don't like the public? Yes they are cheaper now I know why. Customer service nil.
