Had no trouble with boarding passes or baggage, all weighed and extra copies printed before we left. We had to wait about 20 minutes while 1 sullen girl checked everyone in. Having already checked in online at their insistance I would expect this part to be quicker? The girl checked us in without even managing to look at anyone.

The staff on the flight are no better, they must check hard to find the most sullen, miserable beggar's to work for them. With the exception of the check in girl in Spain on the journey home, their staff were rude and cold, they did get us there and back on time and in one piece though.

People complain about the baggage excess and boarding pass fee's and I have some sympathy. Yes read the full terms and conditions but it rather ruins the holiday experience to spend days trawling through all Ryan Air's T&C's. My holiday used to start at the airport, now it start when I'm on the transfer coach.

I would use them again but likewise but rather avoid if I could as they are a bit of pain to deal with. For the record, their Call Centre staff are the worst of the lot.
