Rip off Ryanair

I am a frequent flyer and hate having to fly with Ryanair, but after my latest incident I swear i will never fly with them again and I can't wait for the day they go bust. I will now fly with reputable airlines even if it costs double the price. I used to think easy jet was bad but they are a different class than rip off Ryanair these days.
My latest incident I was flying from faro to Liverpool with suitcase and golf clubs both allowed 20 kg , my suitcase was 18 kg and my golf clubs 22kg total of 40 kg. I had to pay €40 for excess on my golf clubs because I was 2kg over weight even though my suitcase was 2kg underweight. I asked if I could but things into my suitcase from my golf bag but the idiot that was booking me in said no and sent my suitcase down the belt with a smile on her face.
But what really made me angry was an old couple in front of me where 1kg over weight and where getting really stressed and upset about the whole pathetic situation and the girl who was booking them in was just smiling and basically laughing at them.
I spoke to the old couple afterwards and the man told me his wife had just been diagnosed with cancer and she was getting stressed and upset by the attitude of the Ryanair representative over 1kg over weight.
I shall never fly with Ryanair again as they have the worst customer service I have ever come across in my 30 years flying the world to do my job. By the way I am a golf professional and I fly very often.
