One simple thing, only ONE, would improve the Ryanair service a lot, if all the seats could be reserved at booking time. People wouldn't be crazy in the queue to try to get a seat, would not have stress during the boarding time etc. I would like to know what is the extra cost for the company if all the passengers could pick their seats when booking the fly. Most of delays happens due to the well disorganized service when boarding. Uncomfortable seats are enough for one trip.
The only good thing i would say about ryanair are the pilots, because... to to a good job on that conditions... they have to be amazing!
