“Better than some more expensive airlines!!”

Have recently flown from Edinburgh to Dusseldorf Weeze and return.We have used this route on numerous occasions with no problems.Flights have ( up to now) always been on time or in many cases arrived early.
Staff have always been polite and if you abide by the rules there are no problems whatsoever.
I find the most annoying thing is passengers queuing up as if there weren't enough seats for everyone!!
