our return flight from Murcia on the 13th niv 2013 was a baggage nightmare as usual . People who queued
And boarded in plenty of time, after priority passengers , had their hand luggage and coats etc
Removed and almost thrown back so that other late comers bags could be crammed into overhead space
By very rude and surely stewards
Al that is missing is a mooing sound as the cowboy heard passengers around the boarding gates.
For the love of god , allocate seats to passengers for free when getting your boarding pass,
Offer a free hold bag to the first 25 tickets to free up some room in overhead lockers, and add a pound to
Ticket prices to compensate for any income loss.
I like many look at every option before choosing Ryanair and will pay extra to do so.
