“Rude customer services”

CEO calls passengers stupid instead of improving the convenience. Not all passengers are familiar with airline protocol, hence, it is possible to forget printing the boarding pass.

Ryanair should find ways to prevent such incedence from occuring in the future without critizing the customers.

Bad CEO and poor customer services!
