“So far, so awful”

I haven't even got as far as booking my flight as so far my booking won't allow me to remove RyainAir's travel insurance which I don'tr want, and is trying to charge me £50 for a checked bag, despite their list of charges saying it shuld cost £30. There are no email addresses or useful phone numbers on their website, and their contact form doesn't let you write anything in - all done on drop-down menus which is useless. So far, so rubbish... will see if I can get abroad using someone else.
