Flew with a family of 4 to Malaga Airport in January 2012, due to a typo error that was discovered within minutes of keying the booking and following a telephone call to customer services 5 mins later, I was advised to write into Ryan Air Head Office to sort the problem out. I have sent six emails, 3 letters and a fax to Dublin and to date, I have not had the courtesy of a reply or even acknowledgement of receipt.
Because of their total lack of professionalism, customer service or contact, I was unable to get the matter resolved resulting in me having to pay an extra £87.00.
Needless to say, I will no longer be using Ryan Air in the future, and I will take every opportunity to recommend other airlines to family and friends.
