“payed for ticket to come back to London twice ”

booked two tickets going out and in online to come back from Poland to London Stansted. handed my tickets to check in told it was invalid but it wasn't because checked on web-site. they ripped it up we had to buy two new tickets to get on a plane back to England they cost £120 each. we was lucky to get back at all. i will never use this air line again.
