Had put myself through the punishment of flying with Ryanair four times! Never to be repeated I can't think of one positive thing to say about the rubbish service, rip off that is this airline! From the first con the website to the untimely, stressful arrival in your destination it's not worth starting your holidays in that way especially after fees "taxes and charges" credit card fees and £40 for a 15kg suitcase! If ba flew from stansted this airline wouldn't exist, most times there cheaper by the booking confirmation page!!!! If budget flights are needed although marginally more expensive occasionally easy jet are superb compared to Ryanair and that's saying something! Nothing would make me happier than to see them go bust they treat people like animals!!
