Tehy will charge you for the Air you breathe and the staff is not really trained to treat customers in a correct manner. They now check your hand lugagge before boarding and even if you have duty free shop they will try to charge you £40 pounds which is wrong. The overal experience ruined our holidays. AVOID AT ALL TIMES as at the end you will end paying the same what you're charged on ther competitive airlines which have miles better customer satisfaction.
A TOTAL FIASCO. Mr. Ryan this is not how you treat customers and i hope many people do the same as me: NEVER PURCHASE A TICKET FROM YOUR LOUSY COMPANY.

Typical of people who fail to follow the basic rules. I have over 200 flights with Ryanair. I treat it as a flying bus. I never have anything but the correct size hand luggage, I print my own boarding ticket. And only 1 delay in all my flights. Crew have always been polite, probably because I am polite to them. You will rarely beat them on price, and people who expect a Rolls Royce after paying for a Mini just irritate me

Agree completely with Lucy33 comment - some people should not be allowed near the Ryanair website.
