Flight delayed going out, being heavily pregnant and was left on the stairway to queue for the plane. Why not just call us when the flight is actually ready. Whilst we were queuing to get onto the flight in imense rain and wind. 2 young ladies both seperate parties, struggled to carry their babies and collapse their prams (and were expected to carry both up the steps to board the plane) Disgusted is not the word.
Upon boarding the plane, the airhostess called Caroline, was having a conversation with some passengers already seated, whilst crossing out our boarding passes. To which she then passed the boarding passes to the group that she was having a conversation with (nothing to do with us). My partner pointed out that she had given our boarding pass to someone else, as she asked for it again! Then did exactly the same with my boarding pass, continued to give her attention to the other passengers and giving away the boarding pass. Then she asked where our boarding pass was again, it was pointed out that she had given both our boarding passes out. To which she replied very rudely, in a very uncalled for sarcastic tone of voice. Caroline then avoided us for the rest of the flight. There was no need for that type of attitude. We barely said anything.
The choice of seats was limited since only 10% of the plane was full, im assuming this was due to weight in the undercarriage?
The landing of the plane, was the worst experience of flying in 27 years of flying ive ever gone through, the flight was so hot, everyone had hold of the seat in front as we were shunted around, like we were in a blender.
Ive never experience such rude staff on a flight, I think ill be flying with a different airline in future.
