“Bad service”

We paid for 20kilos of luggage and left Manchester happy but when we came back to Alicante suddenly we were only allowed 15 kilos and two old age pensioners had to sit on the floor in the airport and try to cram luggage from one suitcase into our carry on bags. The staff were totally unhelpful and to cap it all the people who were supposed to give my Mother assistance didn't turn up and we waited almost two hours for help I almost missed the plane because the passport checkers would not allow me to accompany my mother. I wonder what they would think if their own ageing mothers were treated the same way. Also the plane may have been on time but there was no food to be bought on the return journey and very few drinks and the landings were horrendous. I would give the pilots 1 out of 10 both ways as it was just awful. Never again will I fly ryanair unless I am absolutely desperate!
