I booked a flight through Qatar and I have tried to call them for a couple of days now. The numbers I have tried in South Africa just ring. I once got a busy signal and called right after, probably 20 times, but it was never answered. The call center never answers, but I hear "you will now be transferred to an agent" like every minute and each time its costs me a lot of money to wait.
It once went through at the call center, but then nobody answered and I was transferred to voice-mail. I also tried numbers all over the world including the Numbers in the US, but it said these numbers were not in use.
What kind of airline do not answer calls? This is unacceptable and I will do my best never to use them again and recommend others against it.
