“CUSTOMER SERVICES REALLY HELPFUL”

Have not flown this time yet with qatar, but have done in the past. Had to phone customer services in London and spoke to an incredibly helpful lady about my booking. She found exactly the flights we wanted with a 4hr stop. Told me how to book the lounge and held the flight until she phoned to next day to find out if I wanted to book. Cannot fault their customer services from this experience. Will post again after the flight!
