I'm a filipino and I advise everybody to choose any other airline but PAL. They do not know the concept of customer service. I rebooked a flight a month ago, emailed them several weeks ago because until now they have not sent me my new itinerary through email. That bad. Nobody answers your email. I am overseas so it's very inconvenient to always call them which I may still end up doing because they just don't care about you as long as they have already sold to you. Online booking too is so ridiculous since you can only use local credit cards like BPI. Try your visa or american express and you cant finish your transaction.
