My wife who is disabled and myself often use Monarch Airlines and we have never had cause to complain.
We get extra legroom seats at no extra cost on production of a Dr's letter confirming her disability and the staff are always willing to do whatever is needed to make her journey as comfortable as possible.
We will carry on using Monarch as long as we need to.

I believe your headline is misleading. I agree that Monarch on board crew are helpful, competent and professional however where Monarch services fall down (rapidly) is in their customer services, EU Claims and legal departments who are basically trying to 'prop up' an ageing fleet of planes which are not totally reliable which has the knock-on result of a delay. By far the majority of flights (97%) depart within 3 hours of their scheduled time however if you are unfortunate enough to fall into the 3% delayed over 3 hours then Monarch have a terrible record for looking after their customers both during the delay and when customers follow up after the event with the airline.
