I was on the lame flight. You know where I saw apologies? In the Birmingham newspaper. When arriving at the airport after getting of the plane that skidded off the runway, I aske to Monarch people whether I would have a proper plane and pilot for returning this morning. Their answer ? : We can' garantee you that you wont have again a leased plane for returning.
Well, no more Monarch for me.
