14th/28th July 2012 flights Luton to Palma and return. Check-in nightmare and Monarch take pre-booked seat money without honouring the contract they entered into. Salt into the wound, three weeks later after complaining on my return they have not even acknowledged my letter let alone returned the money they took from me under false pretences.
