I have bone a rebooking on phone without any problem but no invoice was provided. On calling they say "fax" the id and other than the fax nothing is acceptable. I offered them to provide an E-mail without any success. As a result I can't reimburse the cost. complain center in Frankfurt does not respond. Service compare to Emirates (because i have travelled several times with Emirates on similar route) seems to be frozen 20 years ago.
For me that was my last flight with Lufthansa there are many other much better airline on same route.
In my opinion for come back in market or not to lose more costumers
They have to work fast on complains, help the customers when the call and do not put stupid rules (for example "only fax"), replace old planes, lower the price and add more routes.
