My family booked in December a flight with Lufthansa from Boston to Bangkok. The experience was the worst ever. I have frequently flown Lufthansa and was never impressed by their airline and service but this time it was the crown of worst airline. The space in the economy class was so tight I could not move my legs, the front seat shove the tablet into my chest. Overbooked, poor service and rude staff on the ground was not the only problem. They are using outdated 747 airlines which do not have even an individual monitor, you have to watch idiotic programming on an overhead monitor and waste your time for 18 hours on this flight. No internet connection like one would expect from a modern airline, poor service, they even disburse the coke only in cups to save. Truly, I could not recommend them to anyone and I will certainly avoid them in the future.
