LAX-FRA was a nice trip, no glitch. FRA-LAX biz class cabin crew was a nightmare. I was the only Asian in that area. From the beginning, other biz passengers were greeted near the entrance and had their coats hung in the cupboard and shown to their seats. I was left alone and that was fine. I left my suit jacket on the back of my seat and dozed off. About 20 mins later, I found it trampled on the floor, lying on the floor behind me outside the restroom. If not for the nice Italian passenger next to me sharing his drinking water with me, I would have been really miserable since the crew kept skipping me when they went by. I had my suitcase wedged behind my seat and it is hard to get a pen out of it to fill custom & immigration form, so I asked a crew if I could borrow a pen. She said they had none available. 2 mins later, another passenger asked and a crew member brought out a whole tray of pens. I was so irritated about that flight I wrote a complaint letter to Lufthansa. 3 months (note the sense of urgency they displayed) they wrote a generic defensive letter and denied any possibility that their crew could be rude. It was the absolute worst service I have ever experienced in over 30 years of flying (spanning 4 continents). I now use other airlines.
