The flight out of London was delayed by an hour, thankfully the connecting flight from Frankfurt was also delayed so we didn't miss the connection. Not really a problem, as these things happen. Food not bad on the way there. No real issues.
On returning, our long haul flight was on time, but the connecting flight from Frankfurt was again delayed (three out of our four flights delayed). At this airport I encountered the 'lady' behind the Lufthansa boarding point counter shouting and practically laughing at a Chinese customer who was simply requesting help. I also asked another member of the Lufthansa staff for help who was also extremely rude and unhelpful. Any attempted communication from a customer to a staff member at this stage of the journey, as far as I could tell, seemed to be nothing more than an annoyance to these staff and was treated with contempt. As my review title suggests, at Frankfurt we encountered some of the most unhelpful staff that I have ever come across at any airport, so much so that I've written a review, and won't be traveling with Lufthansa again.
As a side note, food on the long haul flight back to Frankfurt was terrible, and one of the male staff on board also rude.
