“LAM mozambiqe airline is not compitable as...”

1st. Staff don,t know how to read info on ticket. I travel from jnb 2 tete they book me 2 beira n my baggage also. But i come straight 2 tete n from that time untile now its 1 month m waiting 4 my baggage. Staff still don,t know where is the baggage. Unproffassional. My requst 2 all travellers say "NO MORE LAM". “Worst Airline ever - NEVER use LAM”

The WORST airline I have ever flown with. I have travelled to Thailand, Turkey, Italy, America etc and never ever come across such appalling service and lack of human decency. Not only did they cause me (and others) to miss our connecting flights from Johannesburg, but the way we were treated was despicable. We were ignored, treated like we were not worth their time or effort. They lied blatantly and smiled while doing it. The LAM staff on the transit desk said we had to speak to the... (read more)
