Where do you start?? Bad service, faulty equipment,shocking meals,and don't even bother with their customer service team.... And I was Business class!!! I truely feel for the poor sods in economy....
The one redeeming thing I encountered was a few of their younger staff who really appeared to be trying but obviously hampered by their supperiors..
Many better and cheaper options out there folks, I would recomend looking elswhere.....

ha ha....here is mine...
I will never fly Jetstar for an International flight again..... Jetstar your service to me was disgraceful I spent 3.5 hours trying to fix up a ticket, being told I had to purchase another ticket if i wanted to fly, I was willing to do this to fly home but you would not come to the party to the price I purchased my ticket even though at the time I was talking to your staff I was also looking at the website i have purchased my ticket from and they were still showing seats at that price, you were not willing to match and when I said i could then pay a comparable amount you still would not budge... you would not transfer me to Australia or even transfer me to another department that would deal with customer service on a 1 on 1 level, you kept going around in circles and at one stage telling me Jestar could not give me a refund, WELL I NEVER ASKED your staff for this, in fact I told them i would have to chase it up. You told me the booking was there but the payment was not and therefor I will not be able to travel unless I bought another ticket from your website and even when I said I could fax through or email the proof of payment you were not interested...It was well after 3 hours when I got cut off through skype that I rang back and the new girl said no, we have your ticket as being paid for....why the others could not see that is beyond me but I was to meet someone prior to my flight but it took me from 11am to 4pm to fix up your mistakes...including another 1.75 hours fixing up excess luggage in a hotel lobby in Japan.... your staff in the Philippines were less than helpful and blamed me for purchasing a ticket from an independent web site, blamed me for the bad connection,( jetstars free skype connection) thank God it was free..were just not helpful...quoted an excess luggage price for my flight to Melbourne with connection in Cairns, gave the assistant both flights and was quoted a price, then got cut off, rang back and was quoted a price $100.00 more, then $30.00 more, was told I did not give the right information, which I have recorded all conversations with name and ID number. JETSTAR you are shameful, ON the flight I was asleep and you cabin crew woke me up which is fine and said put your seat up right, they did it as they said it,....bad manners and it didnt do my back or neck justice...All the way from Japan to Cairns they were good with the luggage, when I checked in in Cairns they put a fragile tag on my luggage although it traveled fine from Japan cause customs required viewing....but in Melbourne as usual you broke my Item I bought in Italy....shame on you Jetstar yet again... your baggage handlers in Melbourne are terrible, time after time thay have damaged my case and broke my wheels, Another time I accidently pressed a double purchase on your website about 3 yrs ago and rang you explaining it, you said a refund would take 6 weeks....Im still waiting, I booked tickets to Queensland in Feb 2012, I forgot to book luggage both ways thinking you only need to choose one way on a return ticket..You charged me an excess of $160.00 at the terminal even though I said to you my plans have changed and I will be purchasing a different ticket to Sydney and not even using my return ticket can I use the paid luggage from my return ticket as I wont even be flying on it...u said no...AND I was silly enough to purchase tickets to Sydney losing my other ticket and then my partner and I flew Qantas Return from LAX....we are stupid.....AND JETSTAR your service is the worst service I have ever seen...i recorded the bulk of my conversations with names and ID numbers and you would be sick to hear such unhelpful service. I will post this on my website with more detail and a pod cast of the conversation to show just how shameful you are.
