Spent all morning trying to book a flight online. Each time having entered all my details, I arrive at the 'Pick Your Seat' page which then becomes 404 Error. Spoke to them on the phone and they couldn't have shown less interest. All they could say was they were having problems with the site and suggest I keep trying.
Pointless offering low price online fares if no one can book them!
