Bought and paid for 2 x all day breakfasts for our flight to Madeira on 22/08/16 7:00 am flight , guess what they had no breakfast on board only chilli, chilli for breakfast?
Anyway stewardess apologised and said we would get a refund and gave me the e-mail.
When you e-mail jet2 you have to wait 28 days for a reply? if you ring customer service they cant put you through to complaints because they are not contactable by phone (very convenient)
So I have to wait, no option, why is it these days customer service is so poor with just about all major companies.
Any way my message to Jet 2 is:- this is not acceptable to wait for a refund I paid you over 6 weeks ago for a product I didn't get and now to wait another 28 days before you decide to contact me about it.
