Terrible terrible company, for a budget airline very expensive. Even for their long haul flights they charge for meals and seat selection, which should be included. Try getting hold of their customer service and you will be in for a long wait, 60 minutes at least and still waiting(that's trying on a mid morning mid week, plus tried in the afternoon several other times). They are obviously short staffed but wait when I ring the booking line, I get straight through funny that. Emails go unanswered (From May) and I am still waiting for a reply to my complaint (3 weeks ago) all in all I think their customer service is appalling and they obviously don't care once you have booked! Check out their Facebook page, plenty more unhappy people who can't get replies or through to them on the phone.
