I am a cabin crew member for a budget airline - so sitting on a plane as a passenger, it's impossible not to keep an eye on the cabin crew!!

Departing from Manchester to Ibiza last week, our number 1 was an embarrassment. She sat in front of us with her legs wide open! I sat in the emergency exit seats, with my boyfriend, and I was not briefed about assisting in an emergency!! The number 4 carried out a headcount, but it was not double checked by the number 1, or the Marshall.
I was really disappointed with the crew, it was my first flight as a passenger in over 5 years!
We flew out the same day as the 11 year old managed to get to Rome without a passport - and I can assure you anybody could have done the same on our flight. I wasn't asked for a passport or boarding pass as I entered the aircraft. I did see the number 4 checking them from most passengers, but the number 1 wasn't supervising - she was nowhere to be seen in fact.

Flight home was fantastic, number 1 was a man called David, he was a little stroppy with a large family that wanted to switch their seats about, but was pretty helpful and professional afterwards.

Arrived home yesterday and both of our suitcases are broken, smashed by being thrown around, mine arrived on the carousel with just the luggage strap managing to contain my towels inside! Luckily nothing embarrassing was on show - and also, nothing is missing - although I'm appalled that they have been transported with such little care!

Nobody met us off the plane in Ibiza to tell us where to go, how to get to our hotel.. When we found our shuttle bus there wasn't a Jet2 sign or member of staff in sight.

After booking our holiday they didn't give us our flight or transfer vouchers, only our hotel vouchers, and had we not have pointed it out to them we would've been in a right pickle!!!

And people make fun of the airline I work for?! Jet2.com - in my eyes, an absolute joke. So disappointed!
