Phoning "UK" customer services and getting through "Lance" we have tried to get a refund but to no avail. After admitting that "our website sometimes does that" ,we may get a refund in 14 days.
So basically, they have stolen over £150 and the level of service received on there customer helpline has been beyond appalling.
Needless to so this our first AND LAST experience of Jet2 and will no doubt make sure that we will use any airline except this one for our destination.
Dick Turpin in red is all this company really is! AVOID!
