Asked to order food for child as soon as boarded, told to wait. Asked again, total wait was 2 hours before announcement saying ran out due to limited stock, just before landing call. Son cried his eyes out hungry. Tried to explain our dissapointment and the trolley dolly went mad. She was obviously having a bad day, would not listen, denied being asked and was shouting at us from 4 rows away that it wasn't her fault. How did we expect them to serve 180 passengers on 2.5 hour flight. Said it was my fault for not pre ordering and that's what I should do next time. Other passengers had similar complaints and journey was topped with delay trying to fix stairs to plane. Will mot fly jet2 again. Awful experience. If staff can't cope with complaints about not serving food, how on earth would they cope with a real emergency. Wrong wrong wrong. Terrible service.
