Arrived to check in with Jet2.com at Leeds/Bradford and told that as I had't printed off my boarding card that I would be charged (great start).
Walk through to departures only to find after an hour the flight was delayed for 30 mins. Then a note to say it was delayed for an hour and so on until finally over two hours late so would miss my meeting in Paris.
I understand that flights are late but i couldn't find a Jet2.com person to ask what was going on and if they had any idea when we would finally be departing.
Next there was a power failure at the airport (not the fault of Jet2.com) so all the screens did not work for over half an hour.
Cabin staff were friendly enough and seats and leg room ok compared to their rivals, but first trip with them and probably if i have another option my last
