I know that the public have a healthy skepticism and have some idea what goes on! I think it is fair to say which of these reviews are obviously contributed "on behalf of" Jet2.com. A small team at Low Fair Finder House, Jet2.com's headquarters, is dedicated to procuring good "PR" and to "encourage" positive "independent" comments and reviews at sites like these.
Ever wandered what PR companies do?
Let's face it... why would someone spend time on a review site to offer a good review? People only feel motivated after a bad experience! So bare in mind that, although some people may be happy with this company, the bad reviews are generally the honest ones. Take it from me:- Jet2.com is neither friendly or honest - and certainly not particularly "Great Value".

at last..the truth..jet2 are the masters of PR but they are a disgracefull airline with very little care for customers or staff

What a load of rubbish!
I've written honest views on hotels and holidays I have had. Why shouldn't I share positives with others in this age of dubious service from some companies? Let the good guys rule!!

what a silly article. I have written good and bad reviews. A plane holds a lot of people, there are dozens of flights each day for jet2. They cant all be bad experiences - its the luck on the day. If you want 5* service, then pay the money and use more upmarket airlines
