"Thanks for being a loyal customer" - says the reply letter to my question "Can I add the £4.5K I spent this year on flights to my account to get a few £ off my next years cost of flights?" but then the reply goes on: "It clearly states on our website that bla bla bla..... and you booked via a 3rd party this time so sorry, go get lost....... Thank you for booking with us for the xth year running, hope to see you next time"
What a shame, I will shop around next time and not just give them my business as I have for the last 7 years!
