“Worse baggage policy and customer service”

We are well travelled and have never experienced such poor service with a product that is so ill conceived - the 15kg baggage allowance and the accompanying overweight charges. Had we know this ahead of time we would hav NEVER booked Jet Airways as it is the most unaccomodating airline when compared to the other airlines covering the same route. It is pointless to discuss the issue with customer service as they are robotic in the scripted even-toned responses that are not helpful, and gives the same level of satifaction as a recording.
