“Most horrible service ever”

Ours was a connecting flight from Bangalore to Lucknow via Mumbai. So far i used to think Kingfisher is the worst airlines ever, but today Jet airways claimed this title and here's how -
- Firstly these geniuses cancelled both our flights and gave us the option wherein the first flight from Bangalore to Mumbai got started 2 hours earlier than our booked option and the next flight 9 hours later than our booked option! Thereby making us wait at the Mumbai airport for 11 hours!
-So well we boarded our pre poned flight. While we had booked a Jet airways flight, they bumped us to a Jet Konnect and gave us a lousy meal coupon.
When we boarded the flight the seats were like poultry cages! n to top it the cabin crew was utterly rude. They gave us sum weird lousy veg crappy sandwich telling is they were out of other food options and we see in a short while they were giving out the other food options to guys without meal coupons :)
Now next we land at the Mumbai airport and look for a jet airways manager on duty, who apparently is no where to be found... after a while when we were finally able to find the check-in staff.. they made a sorry face saying since your stay at the airport is a total of 11 hours and 50 minutes we can not help you! coz apparently that is not as per their policy! the cherry on the cake - their Lounge does not operate at night! or so their staff told us!
And to top it the exec says 'Mam there are about 100-110 odd such people, we can not provide the facility for everyone'!!


i for one am never travelling by Jet airways till when they do not get their act together!
