“bad customer service”

Islas Airways has taken up competition with Binter canarias- which is very good as there will be some reduction in airfares between the canarian islands. Well for residents of the isles they will get away with a 50% discount anyway- so a full paying customer pays his own and half the residents fare. Most flights are short- between 30-45 minutes so inflight service is restricted to water, juice and sometimes coffee and a snack. unfortunately this is a spanish affair only as you cant really...
