My Aug. 14, 2012 the 9am flight 1003 to HNL was delayed 1 1/2 hours and my returning Aug. 14, 2012 3pm
flight 1010 to Maui was cancelled with out notification and without explanation. I travel quite frequently interisland
for work and had to miss my shift as a bartender because of this. This delayed cost me more than my time but a nights'
pay and disciplinary action from my employer.
In addition, I would not say that the people working at the gate were rude. They were not helpful. They seemed
to be at a loss for what to do and treated me like I would just have to deal with the situation. They were right. I had
no choice, but I want you to know that I have a choice regarding which airline I use in ther future and I most definately
will not be using Goairline again nor will I ever reccommend it.
