Your lack of compassion in gettin our dear Mum home let you down big time. The female who answered our call was great but she had to ask a "manager" who said no. You sold that seat that i'd already paid for cos the girl was on the plane and in the seat when i got on the aircraft. Fly Flybe again? Don't think so. And will never recommend you.
