I travelled from Cairo to Kuala Lumpur and vise versa many times using Gulf Air lines, Jordan

Airlines,Oman Air lines , Egypt Airlines but i never had any problems before.
It was my first time using Etihad Airlines going from Cairo to KL and while i was returning back to

Cairo from Kuala Lumpur using Etihad Airlines I lost 2 bags in Kuala Lumpur airport.

An employee from Etihad Airlines ( They were call him "Saiid" but when i asked about his name they

told me that his name is "Yossef") he was an arab man and he helped me in carrying 2 bags but by

misunderstanding these 2 bags was left in the "C12" Gate in KL with Yossef.

When i went to Egypt I made record in Egypt airport "CAIEY14446" and i went to Etihad Airlines

employees to told them about the record and to ask about this employee(Yossef) but nothing happened.
I lost many important things inside these bags and this is my last trial to inform any person from

Etihad Airlines.
